BODY COMBAT CHALLENGE
On Friday the 12th October, 2001 Melanie
Ball and a group of colleagues underwent a torturous hour and a half of body combat (a mixture of martial arts and high impact aerobics to very fast music). To raise money for the G.Harrison (Breast Cancer
Care Fund). The event wasn't sponsored but we all paid an extra £2 for the privilege of getting pummeled and kung-fu'ed which we donated to the fund. It was a great way to relieve the days
stress's and strains and release any aggression (especially when you picture your boss's face in the punch bag! )
It was only a small gesture to help 'combat' cancer but every little
helps.
The event raised £18 for the fund.
Thanks to everyone who took part (shame
